I use Boswellia Extract, Spirulina Tablets, and Tonic Blend. Daisey & Chester use Spirulina Wafers, Bug Off Garlic Chewables, and Skin & Coat Oil. The Boswellia Extract takes the place of Aleve for me, which I can't use. My 13 year old Chester also uses the Boswellia Extract. He is much more comfortable and is still able to take his walks around a 17 acre field. Hooray for Boswellia! Daisey uses it once in a while for a previous leg and back injury. Both dogs are very healthy and my sister-in-law says Chester's coat feels like a hamster's! My doctor is a kinesiologist. He's able to "read' or sense the energy of your products.
