You can really tell the difference when taking the Omegas. I use it for myself as well as our dogs. I can see the difference in my hair and nails and our foster dog who came in with severely dry flakey skin now has a shiny flake free coat! For feeding to our dogs, I split one open and mix it in their food. I usually have to disguise it with meat as it is definitely fishy. Everyone now compliments our foster dog on how soft his coat is!
