I've wanted to contact your company many times over the years to thank you all for such wonderful products. I discovered Fresh Factors about 12 years ago when my then 10 year old Cocker Spaniel Molly had a severe joint pain episode. I slept next to her on the floor; spoon fed her, and also poised her to relieve herself for about two weeks before we got Fresh Factors. Within days she was running like a puppy. I had her for six more years thanks to your products. I've recently gotten a mini Poodle and just placed our first order for him.
