Dear Springtime,

I have been a faithful buyer from you since Noopy, my Dachshund, was injured 10 years ago. She is now 14 years old and she is on Fresh Factors and Joint Health Chewables. About three weeks ago I took her outside and she fell over sideways and could not get up!!!!
