Dear Springtime,

I have two nine year old Border Collies (littermates), Ben and Flurry, my kids with fur and the loves of my life! Two and a half years ago, Ben started having trouble with his leg. I just thought we were playing too hard, but as it turned out he had an ACL injury (stifle). The vet said surgery; my pocketbook said "no." I found a doctor who made a brace and that worked just fine.

Fast forward two years later. Ben has lost weight and his brace is too big and cuts into his skin; at the same time I run across your ad while surfing the internet.
