I began using your products over 15 years ago when my horse was diagnosed with lameness in both hind legs. The J-Flex Concentrate made such a difference that I was able to continue competing in dressage and to enjoy long evening trail rides.
Years later, your catalogs followed me from North Dakota to Texas. I no longer had horses, but competed, instead, with one of my Cocker Spaniels in agility. These are my two boys, two year old Coal, the one with the red collar, and five year old Scout, the one with the blue collar. I have used Springtime for years and am always totally excited to see how it affects each pet I have used it on, whether it be dogs or horses. Coal is a growing boy and I have had him since he was a Christmas gift when he was five weeks old. I tell folks that I was a naughty girl and got a lump of COAL in my sock, but it was the best lump of COAL ever! He has been on Fresh Factors and Joint Health Chewables from the start and is doing absolutely wonderful. Being a growing boy, I know he really needs these two products.
Scout is a totally amazing story! I rescued him last September from a growing family that didn't want him anymore. I have to say that he wasn't one of those horror stories of abuse, but he does have a story.
I saw his picture up on the bulletin board at our veterinarian's. It just said, "Must find a new home due to a growing family and no time for Scout." After deciding that Coal needed a friend and I could handle four more muddy paws and another dog that sheds I went to check him out. He was tied out front of the house on a chain playing with a tennis ball all by himself. The family was totally ignoring him and it broke my heart. He had such a sweet face and great personality, so into the truck he went, off to his new home.
I could immediately tell that he was having problems with his back end because he couldn't walk straight or go up stairs without whining. He couldn't play ball for more than a few minutes and I could tell he wanted to keep up with Coal, but he hurt so bad.
The first thing was to get him into an AVCA certified animal chiropractor. Scout had some major issues that are finally getting worked out after seeing Dr. Shanie every two to three weeks. I also started him on Fresh Factors and Joint Health Chewables. It has been five months now and WOW! Scout is a totally different dog. He hates to have to come in from playing ball, swimming or following me when I ride my horse, or when he is playing tag with Coal, or after a snow fall, playing in the drifts! He is so excited when I say we are going out or for a run. It is as though he just can't seem to get enough of fun without pain! I know that if it wasn't for Springtime, Scout wouldn't have come as far as he has in such a short amount of time. I have been using your products Fresh Factors and Joint Health Chewables for all of my five dogs. One of my dogs is 14 years old. She is part Pit Bull and part Lab and has joint problems. I also have a 13 year old Pit Bull, Deebo, that was diagnosed with a torn ACL, no surgery or meds needed with both of your products. We have been using your products since 2007. We first used the Bug Off Garlic Chewablesto hopefully keep the flies from bothering our horses. It has helped considerably. Then we decided to try Joint Health Chewables and Fresh Factors for Shyla. She is our 10 year old Keeshond that sometimes had a slight limp when getting up, but the main reason to get supplements was she had some tremors in her left rear leg after a mile or more walk. We also give her the Bug Off Garlic Chewables during tick season. We are really happy with the results; she has no tremors and no limp. Enclosed is a picture of Shyla in the snow this past spring. The vet says it's amazing to see a German Shepherd live as old as Lady. She's going on 16 and is very agile. She climbs into the car with no help. I purchased my now two year old Greyhound one year ago from a rescue league. Although shy but friendly, he had ongoing issues with his skin. It was dry and balding in certain areas. He also had a broken front leg, healed when I purchased him.
He walks with a limp and is now diagnosed with degenerative joint disease.
The holistic vet prescribed him many different herbs in an attempt to improve his coat and degenerative issue. She even stated that his shyness and coat condition could be a sign of a thyroid condition.

Fresh Factors has been wonderful for my dog. Simba is almost four years old now, but at the age of two he started acting like an old dog. He was not running like he should, was having difficulty getting onto his couch, and watching him get into my car was agony. I have been giving Fresh Factors to my Akita for more than a year. I was referred to this product from the owner where I board my horse. She was giving it to her Chow. I told her about how my Akita (now eight years old) was having a lot of trouble with his rear hips, even having serious trouble getting up and walking one night. She suggested getting Fresh Factors. Since starting him on this, he has not had any more trouble with walking. He was also on allergy medicine for itching. I stopped that shortly after starting him on the Fresh Factors. He had no more trouble with the itching after taking the Fresh Factors without the allergy medicine.
I recently started giving Fresh Factors to my nine year old Dalmatian because he was limping on his front left leg. I took him to the veterinarian who prescribed an anti-inflammatory to treat what they said was possibly something to do with the tendon. This did not do much for him. He also had a couple sores on his back end, his coat was thinning, and he was losing weight. He has probably been taking Fresh Factors for about a month now. The improvement is amazing – no more limping, no more sores, and his coat is very soft, shiny, and has thickened up noticeably. I am so happy with the benefits of this supplement that I started giving it to my six year old German Shepherd mix this week. She has no health problems, but I am anxious to see the changes in her coat and overall health.

Suddenly it seems we are a family of "elders." My little gal, Jessie, is twelve years old and was getting a bit grumpy and having trouble keeping up with us. I put her on Fresh Factors and once again she's swimming and running with the big kids. My second elder is Isaac, a white GSD who is nine years old. When he was a two year old, he broke a hind leg in several places, and thanks to a very skilled surgeon, he's all put back together. As you can imagine, by now his leg "should" be giving him some trouble, but, again, the Fresh Factors have delayed the onset of any problems. In fact, he's still jumping gates like a youngster! Our youngest German Shepherd, Sasha, developed problems in her left front leg when she was five months old. Our vet told us it could move to another leg some time later. She suffered with it for almost four weeks. I had her on an aspirin regimen and only one Fresh Factors per day.
On March 8, 2009, at 11 months old, she developed the same problems in her right front leg. This time I increased her dosage of Fresh Factorsalong with the aspirin regimen. After less than one week, the increased amount of Fresh Factors had such an amazing result. Her limping was remarkably reduced. As of this date she is completely limp free.

We are writing to tell you that our one and a half year old Golden Retriever, Sam, has been using your Fresh Factors and Joint Health Chewables for four months now after being diagnosed with bilateral hip dysplasia. We noticed Sam having difficulty walking, jumping, and generally being a puppy early on. Our vet diagnosed his condition and gave us two surgery options. Both were costly and came with no guarantee that Sam would come out with any relief. We were additionally told they would have to perform the surgery one hip at a time causing potential damage to Sam's knees. This seemed beyond unfair to put our sweet boy through. We were told about your products by a woman who cared for Sam while we were out of town.
I am happy to report that as far as we are concerned at this time, surgery has been put on the FAR back burner if it ever happens.
