I wanted to let you know that this past Saturday morning, I sent an email to a weekly veterinary talk show (Animal General with Dr. Mike) that airs on KDKA AM radio out of Pittsburgh, PA…after I heard one person call in to talk about his young dog having to either have his hips replaced or be euthanized… I wrote to tell the host, Dr. Mike Hutchison about how your products, Fresh Factors and Joint Health Chewables had saved our AKC Lab pup, Tucker, from having to have both of his hips replaced at the tender age of one.
I explained to Dr. Hutchison that Tucker had been diagnosed with the worst case of hip problems that our vet and a canine orthopedic specialist had ever seen, especially in a young pup. Tucker was in such bad shape that he had stopped growing at six months of age. He could barely walk, and his back had arched up very high from the tremendous pain. … Tucker had to be kept on narcotic pain medication, so he was always in a drug-induced stupor and even then he could not walk or sit anywhere near normally… Surgery was the only thing that would help him. I began using your products over 15 years ago when my horse was diagnosed with lameness in both hind legs. The J-Flex Concentrate made such a difference that I was able to continue competing in dressage and to enjoy long evening trail rides.

She is now 13 and retired and when I run out of Joint Health Chewables and Fresh Factors, walking is painful. When on these products there is barely a hitch in her "get along!" These are my two boys, two year old Coal, the one with the red collar, and five year old Scout, the one with the blue collar. I have used Springtime for years and am always totally excited to see how it affects each pet I have used it on, whether it be dogs or horses. Coal is a growing boy and I have had him since he was a Christmas gift when he was five weeks old. I tell folks that I was a naughty girl and got a lump of COAL in my sock, but it was the best lump of COAL ever! He has been on Fresh Factors and Joint Health Chewables from the start and is doing absolutely wonderful. Being a growing boy, I know he really needs these two products.
Scout is a totally amazing story! I rescued him last September from a growing family that didn't want him anymore. I have to say that he wasn't one of those horror stories of abuse, but he does have a story.
I saw his picture up on the bulletin board at our veterinarian's. It just said, "Must find a new home due to a growing family and no time for Scout." After deciding that Coal needed a friend and I could handle four more muddy paws and another dog that sheds I went to check him out. He was tied out front of the house on a chain playing with a tennis ball all by himself. The family was totally ignoring him and it broke my heart. He had such a sweet face and great personality, so into the truck he went, off to his new home.
I could immediately tell that he was having problems with his back end because he couldn't walk straight or go up stairs without whining. He couldn't play ball for more than a few minutes and I could tell he wanted to keep up with Coal, but he hurt so bad.
The first thing was to get him into an AVCA certified animal chiropractor. Scout had some major issues that are finally getting worked out after seeing Dr. Shanie every two to three weeks. I also started him on Fresh Factors and Joint Health Chewables. It has been five months now and WOW! Scout is a totally different dog. He hates to have to come in from playing ball, swimming or following me when I ride my horse, or when he is playing tag with Coal, or after a snow fall, playing in the drifts! He is so excited when I say we are going out or for a run. It is as though he just can't seem to get enough of fun without pain! I know that if it wasn't for Springtime, Scout wouldn't have come as far as he has in such a short amount of time. We have been using your products since 2007. We first used the Bug Off Garlic Chewablesto hopefully keep the flies from bothering our horses. It has helped considerably. Then we decided to try Joint Health Chewables and Fresh Factors for Shyla. She is our 10 year old Keeshond that sometimes had a slight limp when getting up, but the main reason to get supplements was she had some tremors in her left rear leg after a mile or more walk. We also give her the Bug Off Garlic Chewables during tick season. We are really happy with the results; she has no tremors and no limp. Enclosed is a picture of Shyla in the snow this past spring. We will continue buying your products.

The vet says it's amazing to see a German Shepherd live as old as Lady. She's going on 16 and is very agile. She climbs into the car with no help. We give her Joint Health Chewables and Fresh Factors twice a day with her food. She prances happily whenever she sees we're going for a "run" in the woods. She does literally run and run up some pretty steep hills too, here in west central Wisconsin where we live.

My dog Oscar is a four year old Bullmastiff that suffered an injury in January of this year to his knee while playing with a friend outside in the ice and snow. A friend of mine suggested putting him on the Joint Health Chewables, which I did. He has been on it since February and we also put him on Fresh Factors since May. I also took him to a specialist who recommended that we put him on an all natural alfalfa supplement and fish oil to help his joints and ease his pain.
At the time of his first vet visit, the vet believed that Oscar had torn his ACL and might need surgery. But we decided to wait and see how the supplements did. I have two nine year old Border Collies (littermates), Ben and Flurry, my kids with fur and the loves of my life! Two and a half years ago, Ben started having trouble with his leg. I just thought we were playing too hard, but as it turned out he had an ACL injury (stifle). The vet said surgery; my pocketbook said "no." I found a doctor who made a brace and that worked just fine.
Fast forward two years later. Ben has lost weight and his brace is too big and cuts into his skin; at the same time I run across your ad while surfing the internet. On the testimonials alone, I order Joint Health Chewables and get Fresh Factors free. Less than two weeks have gone by and the change in both my dogs is shockingly amazing! We went mushrooming for about four hours yesterday and only found both dogs were tired but no stiffness at all. Attached is a picture of Chowder, a Sheltie that I adopted almost three years ago. He is eight or nine years old. In January of this year, Chowder got up one morning and was very lame on his front left leg, with a badly swollen wrist. He could not walk without crying out in pain.
I took him to the vet who found that he had two tick-borne diseases. We treated him with a month's worth of anti-inflammatory and antibiotics. Unfortunately, about 10 days after we stopped the medication, he was again lame on the same left front leg.
X-rays determined that not only was his wrist swollen, but that he also had an issue in the left shoulder. He went back on the anti-inflammatory for about 10 days, but once again he came up lame soon after finishing it.
Our vet then decided to put him on the anti-inflammatory for six months to determine if we could stave off surgery.
Soon after, I took Chowder to be groomed and the groomer told me about Springtime's Joint Health Chewables. I immediately ordered two bottles (together with two bottles of Fresh Factors). After Chowder finished the first bottle of Joint Health Chewables (in 45 days as I was doubling the dose), I took him off the anti-inflammatory to see what would happen. That was close to three weeks ago and the limp has NOT returned.
I'm thrilled and so is our vet, who only very reluctantly ordered the six months of anti-inflammatory for Chowder. Chowder, however, is not thrilled, because now he has to go for a walk every day. We have some more weight to get off of him so he's back to walking again. (Chowder weighed approximately 55 lbs. when I got him and he's now down to about 40 lbs., with 5 more to be taken off.)

I'm thrilled and so is our vet, who only very reluctantly ordered the six months of anti-inflammatory for Chowder. Chowder, however, is not thrilled, because now he has to go for a walk every day. We have some more weight to get off of him so he's back to walking again. (Chowder weighed approximately 55 lbs. when I got him and he's now down to about 40 lbs., with 5 more to be taken off.)

This is Jean with Boomer who was once in your catalog... Boomer is now five and still has his leg that we were told he was going to lose from joint issues in the elbow by the age of two. He became quite lame and after several trips to the vet he was x-rayed and it was discovered that due to the growth plate injury, his ulna stopped growing while his radius bone continued to grow thus causing him to have a crooked leg and a severe limp. I was doing a Greyhound adoption meet and greet last weekend and overheard a dog trainer talking to a couple who had a young German Shepherd. She was telling them to get some supplements to keep their dogs' joints healthy. Okay, it is time to write my story. I should have written a while ago because my dog has done so well with your products! This is Hugo, my 6 year old, 125 lb. American Bulldog.
Shortly after he turned 4 years old he tore knee cartilage in the dog park. I took him to the vet where he was x-rayed and put on a strong anti-inflammatory. The vet recommended a $3,000.00 operation with no guarantees. Huh? What does that mean? It means that he may have to stay on the drugs after the operation for a long period of time. Wow! I was in shock. This dog was hobbled, couldn't walk, wouldn't eat. I wasn't sure what I should do. The price of the operation, the on-going drugs, the liver tests, the post-operative care for a dog of that size? I even had thoughts of putting him down! It was very sad.
Anyway, I declined the operation, used up the medication I had, and took it real easy for a while. Then I started your Springtime products! Day after day, week after week, he just kept getting better and better! And now, and for a very long time, he's been just fine! No operation, no drugs!
He runs around, goes for long walks, jumps up on the couch, rolls on his back kicking all four legs in the air – he does everything a dig should be doing! I have a 7 year old German Shepherd female, Bailey. Back in February she was running around with her brother on the ice and did something to her back or hind leg. She was in so much pain she wouldn't go off our deck, didn't want to leave the house, and we had to walk her to a "safe spot" on a leash to get her to go to the bathroom at 5 AM every morning (in the middle of winter in New Hampshire!).

In that time, she has always had bald thighs; maybe a little fringe of fuzz in the winter but nothing more. Now, after approximately five weeks on Fresh Factors, Bella's hair is completely grown in on her thighs and is soft as can be.
The Joint Health Chewables has also made a big difference. She was on another supplement previously and we didn't feel that it was making much of a difference. Now Bella has healthy energy and is obviously feeling better - even our regular dog-sitter asked what had changed because she was much more bouncy and energetic.
We recently brought home a second greyhound, Kirby, who had only been off the track for 6 weeks. He came to us with red, scabby patches on his chest and thighs and dry skin. In less than two weeks after starting Fresh Factors, Kirby's skin is now soft and healthy and he has stopped scratching at himself.

I hope that you had a good festive season and whisking you a lovely year ahead. It is time for some updates which I'll hope that you'll be happy. Franky has been doing good and is always improving with Stress Free Calmplex®. Jake On the other is doing a fine job!
3 months ago he couldn't walk, climb on stairs, and couldn't stand on his 4 paws for more than a minute. His back legs were very weak that he his body would just drop down on the floor. We had to skip going out with him as he couldn't make it at all. And in a field he wasn't able to step on, as as soon he stepped on a soft surface he wouldn't have enough force to move his hind legs. I had to lift him up the stairs too for weeks as he couldn't do so alone! Now Jake after 3 months of [the Combo] is able to walk, climb the stairs all by himself, walk on soil, doing the walks again, stand on his 4 paws as much as he likes, and he even runs in his own way ! Bless him he just turned 11years in the 3rd January.
We really recommended your products, we are over the moon to see our boys having a better life.
