My wife and I have a 13+ year old English Sheep Dog and have been using Fresh Factors and Joint Health Chewables for some time now. We ran out of product for our Shelby and she became unable to use her rear legs and one front leg to walk. We decided to order the products again and see if that would help her before we made the final decision to put her down.

We can’t believe what we see, she is walking again with little or no pain and we get to spend more time with her. We know that her time is limited due to her age but we will enjoy the extra time Fresh Factors and Joint Health Chewables has given us with her.

I began using your products over 15 years ago when my horse was diagnosed with lameness in both hind legs. The J-Flex made such a difference that I was able to continue competing in dressage and to enjoy long evening trail rides.

In March, I lost my Quarter Horse/Thoroughbred mare, Scarlett, to colic. She was almost 24 years old and had also suffered from joint issues for many years. We decided she needed help and had tried other products without success before we discovered J-Flex Concentrate. The J-Flex results were amazing! Within about a week after starting the J-Flex, she was moving more easily and was kicking up her heels like a youngster again! We kept her on it for about a year and then decided to try to stop it and see if she would be ok without it… big mistake! She was so stiff and slow moving and obviously needed her J-Flex restarted. I’m not sure how long she stayed on it, probably at least six or seven years, but I have no doubt that it greatly increased her quality of life. She shared her pasture with my husband’s 15 year old gelding, Doc, and had no problems keeping up with him.

We also use the Fresh Factors and the Joint Health Chewables for all five of our dogs, ranging in age from seven months to nine years. They all love the tablets and get excited when it’s time for their “vitamins.” They are all happy and healthy, running, playing, and enjoying their lives!

For the past two years, I have wanted to write a letter sending my praise and thanks for your product. I have two black Labs, Mick 11, and Bailey 6, that are my mine and my husband's pride and joy! Two years ago, my baby, Bailey, was in bad shape. He would just lie in our office at work all day long and cry from being in pain. He couldn’t get up on his own, and I was carrying him outside just so he could go to the bathroom. I literally thought that my heart was breaking in pieces watching him this way.

Obviously, we made several trips to the vets and came to the conclusion that Bailey was born with a severe case of hip problems. As you might suspect, our vet recommended us to an orthopedic veterinarian that told us Bailey’s best option was to get both hips replaced. Leaving the cost factor aside, I immediately scheduled Bailey for surgery because the vet said it was his BEST option; however, even though surgery was supposed to be his best choice, there were a lot of variables involved that left me very wary about the results we would have...

Still having the surgery scheduled, I began researching his condition and the options that I had over the internet, and I realized that supplements were an option that I need to ask the vet about. So I did, and she sent me home with a $40 bottle (60 tablets) of a glucosamine/chondroitin supplement and very little hope of success. I started him on them and they did seem to make a difference; however, he still needed his pain medication many days to complement it. All of which left him simply more comfortable—not returned to our happy, loving Beetle Bailey!

These are my two boys, two year old Coal, the one with the red collar, and five year old Scout, the one with the blue collar. I have used Springtime for years and am always totally excited to see how it affects each pet I have used it on, whether it be dogs or horses. Coal is a growing boy and I have had him since he was a Christmas gift when he was five weeks old. I tell folks that I was a naughty girl and got a lump of COAL in my sock, but it was the best lump of COAL ever! He has been on Fresh Factors and Joint Health Chewables from the start and is doing absolutely wonderful. Being a growing boy, I know he really needs these two products.

Scout is a totally amazing story! I rescued him last September from a growing family that didn't want him anymore. I have to say that he wasn't one of those horror stories of abuse, but he does have a story.

I saw his picture up on the bulletin board at our veterinarian’s. It just said, “Must find a new home due to a growing family and no time for Scout.” After deciding that Coal needed a friend and I could handle four more muddy paws and another dog that sheds I went to check him out. He was tied out front of the house on a chain playing with a tennis ball all by himself. The family was totally ignoring him and it broke my heart. He had such a sweet face and great personality, so into the truck he went, off to his new home.

I could immediately tell that he was having problems with his back end because he couldn't walk straight or go up stairs without whining. He couldn't play ball for more than a few minutes and I could tell he wanted to keep up with Coal, but he hurt so bad.

The first thing was to get him into an AVCA certified animal chiropractor. Scout had some major issues that are finally getting worked out after seeing Dr. Shanie every two to three weeks. We have been using your products since 2007. We first used the Bug Off Garlic to hopefully keep the flies from bothering our horses. It has helped considerably. Then we decided to try Joint Health Chewables and Fresh Factors for Shyla. She is our 10 year old Keeshond that sometimes had a slight limp when getting up, but the main reason to get supplements was she had some tremors in her left rear leg after a mile or more walk. We are writing to tell you that our one and a half year old Golden Retriever, Sam, has been using your Fresh Factors and Joint Health Chewables for four months now after being diagnosed with bilateral hip dysplasia. We noticed Sam having difficulty walking, jumping, and generally being a puppy early on. Our vet diagnosed his condition and gave us two surgery options. Both costly and with no guarantee that Sam would come out with any relief. We were additionally told they would have to perform the surgery one hip at a time causing potential damage to Sam's knees. This seemed beyond unfair to put our sweet boy through. We were told about your products by a woman who cared for Sam while we were out of town.

I am happy to report that as far as we are concerned at this time, surgery has been put on the FAR back burner if it ever happens.
